| Hey, I just got email from Blizzard that my account/characters have been restored. This happened after i gave Blizzard the information they asked to be able to restore my account. And yes this all happened because my account got hacked a while ago. So my question is how long does it take that the restoration takes its place? Atm im still not able to login to game (including SC2) and i cannot see any rollback been made to my character(s). - Phe |
| I believe that this has now been resolved, sorry about that Phe. I've never experienced what it's like to have a gaming account compromised, but it must suck. However, I must applaud you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. I know it probably goes without saying, but I encourage you to have a read through our account security page for hints and tips on how to prevent this from happening to you again.
