|This is my 3rd thread on this issue now. I have contacted support and they have basically told me to wait.... Are you serious? How is it that purchases made less than 24 hours ago for goods on other websites have already cleared according to my bank statements yet Diablo 3 is taking upwards of 5 days.... There is clearly something wrong with either Blizzards end or with my account. The order for Diablo 3 is still stuck on "Queued". |
According to blizzard this means:
Queued - This is assigned to an order should the order require manual processing.
To me this means that you guys need to do something your end to sort my order out.
Can you please look into this as contacting support clearly didn't work.
