Diablo 3 Blue Posts » Authentication key not working
| alright so a friend of mine bought diablo 3 from gamestop about 4 months ago, but he is just now downloading it and trying to play. He has the starter addition but didnt realize he had to enter the key, i told him but when he tried to enter the key that he got from buying a hard copy of the game.. it is saying the "key has already been used or isnt working please make sure you entered the key correctly" this is very frustrating because he spent money on this and for it not to work and the only option he has is to buy it again is annoying and also not going to happen. please help. |
| Ask him to try using a different Internet browser to activate the product nkoal. If that doesn't work he should take the product back to the retailer and explain it to them. |
