Can blizzard help me? As of yesterday i cant login on my diablo3 account with my authenticator. I have sent a support ticket but quickly i got back an auto email that

But my problem is that I have access to my account email, i can provide proof with serial and my name and everything, what has happend to my account? I have not gotten any emails from blizzard regarding my account activity? This is an account with over 200 hours legit gameplay put down i want my account restored back.
