| So, there are 2 separate issues here really lord2oo6. First, you need to get a new (and preferably more memorable) security question and answer. Account and Payment Support should be able to help you with that.
While your dealing with them, you may want mention this security lock 'loop' that you have been experiencing so they can take a closer look at your account and make sure everything is OK.
In the meantime, I recommend you do a thorough security sweep on your system just in case. Our Security Checklist should help you with this. |
