| I just want to make the powers that be aware that that I listed an gear item that sold instantly without the customary 5 minute delay before it is suppose to become searchable. As soon as I listed the item, it literally sold in 2 sec. There was no delay at all between the time pressed list and the time is sold. This is a problem because the item that was listed was not the item that I intended to list. Ordinarily there is time to cancel a mistaken listing, but that protection was not present for me. To all players out there, please be very careful and don't assume that you have that 5 minute window of protection. As per my first conversation with support, as of now, it appears there is no way to reverse the transaction. So please be very very careful to to check all information, including the item itself before pressing LIST. Best of luck. I hope that blizzard can be helpful in making it right to me. For you all out there, please don't take the chance. |
