| Since I've seen some people asking: The rolling restarts we scheduled for this morning were being done so that we could implement fixes for some critical client crashes reported to us yesterday (on October 17). We wanted to get these fixes out as soon as possible, so we scheduled rolling restarts for off-peaks hours in the Americas. While we didn't provide as much notice as we usually do, the restarts were by no means "emergency" status, which is why we didn't label them as such. That said, we are going to go ahead and try to push those fixes now, so that we may not have to bring the game services offline again. I'll keep you updated on that process as best I can. | ||||
| Rolling restarts are still processing at this time (which means that some players may be disconnected from the game or be unable to log in for another 10-30 minutes), but Error 3006 should now be resolved. If you are continuing to experience issues, either with game login or accessing the auction house, please report them in this thread so I can alert our engineers as soon as possible. Thank you! | ||||
