Diablo 3 Blue Posts » Mac connection problem

Hi, after clicking the game luncher, game is up to date so i click play button. After that "diablo logo" comes on screen but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Note: I am a macbook pro user.

Our tech boffs are aware that this is happening to quite a few users right now and are requesting additional information.

Could you tell us which OS you are using and where you are playing from please?

In the meantime, you can also try these troubleshooting steps (from the US forum) to see if they help.

Sorry I should have been a bit clearer, I mean which country are you playing from? And while we're at it, the name of your Internet Service Provider might come in handy too. =)

Indeed, pretty much all reports of this issue are originating in Turkey (couple from China too) so it's obviously some weird network issue in that region. We will continue to investigate further and see if there is anything we can do to help.
