Hey,
I recently sold a Black Bone Arrows recipy for $8.99.
I received an email saying it sold for $6.49.
Then it deducted 1.35 for the transaction fee.
Then it deducted 1.15 for the paypal transfer fee.

So the 'sale price' the email claims the item sold for, is actually the amount I should have received (8.99 *.85 *.85 = 6.49)
Then, to make matters even more obscure,
It deducted the amounts from the 6.49 again.

So:
$8.99 the actual sale price (not listed in email)
*.85 transaction fee deducted
*.85 paypal fee deducted
$6.49 Sale price marked in email (proceeds I should have received)
8.99 *.85 deducted (should not happen)
8.99 *.85 *.85 deducted (should not happen)
3.99 proceeds I actually received

How can I prove that 8.99 was the actual sale price?
Because 6.49 * .15 does not equal 1.35
if you reverse that,
1.35/.15 ~ 8.99

Hi guys,

Could you please post your transaction IDs in this thread? The transaction ID should be in the D3 client as well as in the e-mail you got from Blizzard.

Can you do a few things for me?

1. Please don't just list out transaction IDs as the only thing you post. That doesn't help me. What helps me is by doing what the OP did:

List out what you sold, the prices it sold at, then the fees, then the ID.

2. Can you check your PayPal (if money has cleared) to see how much money you actually are getting? Our e-mails have been wrong in the past and the e-mail may be incorrectly telling you your sale amount.

This is what we are testing now.

UPDATE: We have confirmed that the e-mail you are receiving is incorrect. The email's “Sale Price” is listing the price after fees have already been applied.

Your money will be paid out to you correctly. Please keep an eye on your PayPal and contact CS in a few days if there is a problem.

Thanks for your help this morning guys. I am going to lock this thread as some players are continuing to post their Transaction IDs (without any info) when the issue is resolved, which tells me some people aren't reading my posts :)
