i cant find any explanation about why the servers are down or when they will be back..

i ve played many online games..

there r lots of way to inform players.. cant u send us a mail about this?

or you can easily add information about expected maintenance time at server status page..

That's an EU website though, EU servers are not in maintenance right now...

But as you can see from that page, the Americas is currently down for maintenance.
