In general, people don't like to be insulted and harassed after a match. Seriously. Don't be a dick.

...

Unless he/she was totally egging you on y'know :)

Stay classy, stay friendly.

I'll agree to that. Nobody likes jerks. Unfortunately, what with this being the internet and everyone being anonymous, I'm sure some people will choose to be rude.

I think  the original Diablo crowd is quite mature.. but with WoW kids joining the fray (who love arena) I'm sure politeness will fly out from the front door.
Hello, my friend. Stay awhile and listen...

I treat everyone I meet with respect, even as strangers. But I do agree that today's crowd does look, you know, immature at times. But I that's something to expect on the Internet with the ability to be anonymous.

Wonder if anyone could actually know who everyone is, would it be the same? :D

The internet is the internet just like anywhere else there are always 'Those' people. I try and stay polite all the time but sometimes it's better to ignore :P

That would be more like meeting a person in real life, I mean, they start off being a mysterious person to you but once you get the chance to know him/her, that's a thing in the past. Once you enter the Internet, you can literally fake out who you really are, which is fine because it's better to not give out your personal information for the sake of safety.

In the end though, the big thing I see in this is that putting up awareness to people to at least give a decent respect because like yourself and I, there's another person behind the account and behind that monitor who is human, just like you would to people you come across in real life.

Treat others how you wish to be treated is a common courtesy many internet users lack. however, this being an internet forum, i'm sure people will utilize some manners and be kind to their fellow diablo fan/players/critics. ;)
with love,

games attracts all kind of types... we just need to share our common passion without stepping on eachothers toes...
Fate has written a tragedy; its name is “The Human Heart.”
The Theatre is the House of Life, Woman the mummer’s part;
The Devil enters the prompter’s box and the play is ready to start.
