This is a build without using the elective mode..i.e each slot is occupied by the default skill type.
So what do you ppl think???? This is my build.
The barb is my most fav. class of D3.In D2 it was my 2nd fav. after Necro

presence gives me 4% max life regen per sec with my 2 shouts active..weapon master has minor buffs

From the skill description, it seems that 2% won't stack. Having 2 active shouts will only give you the benefit of each shout plus 2% max hp regen per sec. I really just find that with this build you have little tactical potential. You will be more a troll than a barbarian, just running in and smashing things hoping they die before you do. With no positioning options due to unit collision you'll get surrounded quickly and unless you kill faster than they hit, you'll be diced. This spec will work for normal mode though, as will any spec with a player paying enough attention to the game will; but it seems like you are tying your barbarian's hands to his toes.

I like the strategy builds more personally. Just made a Juggernaut build to play while having the "I'm the Juggernaut bitch" clip loop in the background.

I just feel there are far too many fun builds to make instead of going for the highest tank and spank setup in this game. I also think tank and spank won't cut it end game and if it does it will feel like a much slower grinding game (for me).

What do you guys think?

even if it doesnt stack ..only frenzy gets heal from kills ...rest cm just from HITTING the enemy.....n with shouts its a passive heal

it looks solid, but you might want to add a movement skill in there such as sprint or leap attack, u look pretty static with this build

only skill i dont like is rend. in the beta its pretty week. So i don't see it being viable late game.

rend is the main skill here...for every enemy hit i gain 2% of the dmg done per sec for 3 sec...thats freakishly imba

Very good build pretty soild all the way around, it really depends on what kind of player you are. People can tell you that one thing might be better than another , but in the end it's all about how you wan't your character to be.
