Hey,

so I've been looking more and more into PvP recently and I've come to realize I don't know that much about other classes and what they bring to the table strictly PvP speaking. I was therefore hoping to be a bit educated around this matter =).

Post what your ideal team (either 2v2 or 3v3) would consist of. Obviously it should be at least one WD as we are on the WD forum!

Please add some motivation behind your answer so its not just a list of different classes! We are not barbarians... ;)

That's an easy question. Another Witch Doctor.

Hex with the Jinx rune is curently, hands down, the most OP ability in PvP in D3. With another W.D., you will be able to completely lock down an opponent down while nuking him down to death and using haunt to keep the 2nd person off you if they don't happen to get caught in the hex as well.

I have absolutely nothing against this class but as past PvP veteran and Gladiator in WoW, I am willing to bet that ability will get nerfed. Now before anyone says that Blizz will not balance the game around PvP, once you see the arena being dominated by double W.D. teams and people complaining about it on the forums, you can bet your ass Blizz will do something about it.

ok lets get a point there, WD is a very interesting class, but idk if it will play good in pvp, since i think your pets will last lest than 5 sec alive, and you will be stunned by barbarians, and beaten to death

all i can think of for a pvp is 2 vs 2  WD and barbarian, the WD will primarely be Slowing their targets with grasp of the death, and exploding his dogs when in contact with a target, while the barbarian stun, and deals major dps. also idk how mass confusion and horrify will work in pvp...
