So I decided with my 100th post to do it now :D

Hello everyone! My names Sam and I live in the UK! I'm 23, just finished University and am starting a graduate scheme in September.

I've been waiting/praying for D3 ever since finished LoD, so horray for release date!

Have to admit, joined these forums for the beta contest, but dammit I have fallen in love with them and now just here for the content :D

So hey all of you I've met before, and hello to those of you I haven't yet met :)

EDIT - Introduction Forum totally doesn't count towards my post count....... damn 99th post lol :P

Hey Sam, I also came over because of the contest, but I like this forum.  In fact, I believe I have posted more here than I have on battle.net.   :)

Thanks :)

I actually went to Uni to get into a UAS and join up with the RAF as a pilot. Got in and passed all the tests, but then global economy went belly up and no more RAF jobs :( So, fell back on my degree (Archaeology and Geography) and my UAS leadership training and now heading into management :)

Not quite a fast jet pilot but hey hopefully I'll earn enough to buy my own one day :D

I've been to RAF Mildenhall...8 times lol. I flew through it everytime I deployed. Would that have been where you would have gone to, or maybe Lakenheath?

Not immediately - I was flying out of MoD Boscombe Down when I was on the UAS. If I had gone into training I would have been based at RAF Cranwell for a few years, then depending on whether I would have been streamed fast jet, rotary of multi engines would have dictated where I went next. But those bases aren't training so it would have been a long time til I got to those, if I did.

However, I won't be :( Ah well, I got to fly solo in a Grob Tutor 115E and a backseat ride in a BAe Hawk so I'm pretty happy :D
