Just wondering if anyone knew for sure that once you have downloaded the retail digital version, and lets say that the game was going to be released tonight for example, would I still have more content to download and install? Or would it just be a matter of installing the game and once its done, be able to start playing?

If you buy the digital version now, and install the game, then come release day, all you would have to do to play would be to sign into your account. There might be a patch that you'd have to download, but that wouldn't take long at all.

It wont let me install the game until release though.

Yeah man, you can just download it but not install. They don't want EVERY single person downloading the entire client on release day. Simple as that.

There is going to be a patch on release. So yes, you will have to download something.
