as I told in another topic, I will give you an overview about the MF/GF spots I use at the moment.
For all there are some videos out there, but not all are so famous than e.g. the cellar runs in Act 1^^
Dank Cellar:
Should be done with: MF or GF (GF preferable, because even on inferno the drops won't be good)
Arreat Crater:
unlike the youtuber, you should do this on hell, if you can farm them quick^^
Should be done with: GF
Rakanoth Vase farming:
Should be done with: GF or MF (MF only viable in inferno), I did this myself, before I had a chance beating the Great Span Farm Spot
Great Span farming:
Should be done with: MF
Goblin farm spots:
please note, that Goblin farming is interesting for 3+ roups, where you can join the game of the friend who found a goblin, priorities are:
1. Brown/Yellow
2. Blue
3. Black
4. Red
If two have goblins and one have one of the lower goblins in game, they kill it fast solo and join the game with the higher goblin!

For goblin runs you should have one with maximum damage gear and the rest with maximum MF gear equipped.
Goblins are also viable to kill with GF, but thats better when farming goblins solo, than in a group
More spots will follow, when I return from Holidays on 1st July 2012 ^^ maybe even other routes, because blizzard will implement a "maximum game open in a certain time"- module preventing us from farming the ways above and force us to buy in RMAH
