Anyone know any areas and rates these drop in or is d3 loot system completely random, I've found low legendarys off a purple (sarkoth) and off a white mobs (act 2, alcarnas) :s

I've been looking for info on these for the last few days and found nothing lol atleast d2 had drop rates you could see e.g. Andy hell had 0.008% chance of soj etc

I just want to know if there any figures for set items or plans mainly

They're completely random. I've only gotten 2 patterns to drop for me this entire time, and they weren't even good ones.

Legendarys are totally random, but you can increase your rare and magic item ratio quite abit with few tactics
