Guys!!!! You don't need coop to make glass cannon viable and very useful in higher difficulties. If you combine it with energy armor (prismatic armor rune) and astral presence and galvanizing ward passives, you get the following buffs:
1) 15% damage increase
2) 55% Armor and 30% resistances increase
3) 2% Arcane power regeneration
4) The nerf of Max Arcane power by the energy armor is neutralized due to astral presence
5) 300 life/sec regeneration (in case you are hit)
But this passive can be also backed up with other combos:
1) Illusionist+teleport to teleport away continuously when you lose more than 15% of your life with 1 hit.
2) Illusionist+mirror images to distract your enemies and tank yourself
I am sure there are many more builds that can make GC an amazing passive!!!! And anyway, if something is able to 1 hit KO you with glass cannon, it can definatelly 1 hit KO you, or cause serious damage even without the GC passive. As the description of the GC skills mentions:
"How will I survive? I don't intend to get hit in the first place. If you even touch me, it's because I allowed it." —Maloth, renegade wizard
And let's face it. Wizards are meant to be played like that.... avoid incoming attacks and spam skills to your oponents from a safe distance. Wizards are not barbarians!!!!!!
