Your video card is pretty bad, doesn't meet the minimum requirements for video cards even.  You might not be able to run the game, if you were able to you wouldn't be able to go above low that's for sure  and even then you'd have a low FPS

Graphics card is a little out dated, probably somewhere in between low and normal, a mix of the two settings.

I am not so sure about that integrated graphics card, also you didn't mention your CPU.

But knowing blizzard and seeing their requirements for D3, i think you can play the game on minimum-medium settings.

You will be in great shape bmfalex. My friend's build is close but he has a GTX 260 and it runs very very very smooth.

Looks like everyone so far is upto scratch apart from the Pentium 4. Depends what resolution you game at too.
