Report replies that you think are spam and we'll take a look at them.  There's a lot of posts being made and only a few people to moderate it so the spam is getting a little out of control and we're looking to solve that.  When the first wave for the website give away contest is over though I will be going through every post to check if it's spam or not, so no one will have an unfair advantage from spamming.

It's not always easy for a community to grow by thousands in a few days.  Once things settledown, you won't see that anymore.

I know exactly what you mean. With the release date (hopefully) looming not-so-far in the horizons of Blizz gaming industry, looking for decent communities under the beta key giveaways proved to be an arduous task. Behaviour and etiquette being what it is, I'm really not looking forward to seeing a great deal of these people online.

I agree just think the size of users who came here within 3-4 days.

I happen to agree.  But people will do anything to get into the beta.  Other competitions are full of bots or players with scripts to answer questions first etc etc.  At least the competition here forces the person to positively contribute to the website/forum.  And that is a good thing.

No matter how you do a competition there will always be people looking for a loophole they can exploit to get a better chance then everyone else to win.  I think as was said above just report the offending posts and keep posting here.

I agree with Miron, I do believe that many people will still come here.  I have this page bookmarked, and I do plan on using this site even after I get my very own copy of D3.  The members here have some great input to the game so far and I am guessing that if I have any questions, some of the member here will be able to answer, and even better?  I am already a member of this D3 Family.  Weeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the senseless spam, and true I did come here to get a key, but I did find an awesome community to chat with people and bounces ideas off. Agreed that when the contest is over the amount of junk posts will probably go down and only those who truly stay for the community will continue to remain and have good posts and lots of conversations about the game.
