I like the passives for Witch Doctors it honestly does seem like you never really could run out of mana no matter what you do with the spells that return mana, and the passive that restores mana constantly as well

We do, and often in my opinion.

We have some mana dump spells like Corpse Spider, Zombie Charger, Acid Cloud, Wall of Zombies. To be competitive damage/utility wise I believe we are meant to use spells like this. If you constantly spam Poison Dart, then sure, you can have infinite mana, but I don't think you would use the WD to its full potential.

There is a theory with a Vision Quest build and Zombie Charger (Rune: Bear: 236% dmg) to using it vs Warriors/Monks. I only bring this up from a PvP perspective since melee(sp? lol) will want to be in close range of us. Could be a definite "Nuke'em down" build for upto 708% weapon damage if all bears hit. Just a side note ^^
