We don't know much. There aren't any gameplay videos, but we do know some info:

Releasing end of 2012
Developed by Jagex and published by Jagex and Hasbro
Based on RuneScape's engine
Free to play, browser based.
Class system (one class is "Brawler").
Will start on Earth but involve other planets too.
PvP, PvE. Leveling up possible in both.
Set in Transformers: Prime universe.
Aimed at appealing to a wide audience: MMO players as well as Transformers fans.
